Debbie started her career in Escrow in Ventura County in 2001. In 2011, she moved Los Angeles County to a well-known escrow company and was then promoted to Escrow Manager for two branches. She has continued her career in escrow management as well as running successful desks. 

Debbie specializes in sale and refinance escrows as well as delayed and concurrent 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

Debbie attributes her success in customer service. She believes that if you provide exceptional customer service along with knowledge and experience, it will leave a lasting impression and lead to success. Debbie provides the highest level of service with a friendly and positive attitude. She is dedicated to exceeding client’s expectations and keeping them well informed every step of the way.

Outside of escrow, Debbie resides in Simi Valley and is the proud mother of two sons and a proud grandma of a grandson and granddaughter.
