Natalie Nazli started her professional life as a transaction coordinator working for Coldwell Banker  After working as a coordinator in one of the busiest offices in the San Fernando Valley, she then decided that escrow would be a natural transition to a long term career in a role that she loved! . Natalie now has over 20 years of escrow experience in high volume escrow offices all located in the diverse cities of Malibu, Brentwood, Studio City and Santa Monica. Giving her a strong foundation to handle transactions all around the local real estate market.  She is familiar with all aspects of the escrow process having worked on short sales, mobile homes , refinances, commercial and probate cases. She enjoys spending time answering questions and really helping agents through the escrow process. She firmly believes in approaching business with a team mentality, along with providing quality work and excellent customer service, customized to accommodate each client’s personal needs, to ensure that they and customers, alike, feel they are being handled with respect, courtesy and care. When Natalie is not at work she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
